Closed cell sponge foam soft EPDM rubber extrusions profile
Closed cell foam sponge rubber profiles are extruded by material of EPDM sponge rubber, or other sponge material of Neoprene (CR), Nitrile (NBR), silicone etc. Cured in a series of microwave units to hold their finished form.
According customer’s required make different shapes and sizes, such as sponge U profile, Sponge rubber cord, Sponge D profile, and other shaped sponge rubber sealing strips etc.
Soft window door rubber profiles also can be cut into specific length and vulcanized joint to a ring or a frame, or punch hole, or adhesive tape etc. According you required to do.
