The structure of Q series foam weatherstrip can meet the sealing, sound insulation, and heat insulation requirements of the door and window system. It combines different functional layers to ensure softness, sufficient support, and durability.

The core material (PU foam) can provide high elasticity and softness, fill gaps, and achieve sealing. It has an open-cell structure to ensure air barrier. It has excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation effects, and also has certain shock-proof and buffering properties.

The outer layer is coated with PE film, which is lightweight and can protect the internal foam material, enhance wear resistance and waterproofness, and prevent PU foam aging, extending the service life of the sealing strip.

The bottom structure (PP skeleton or adhesive layer) provides support and convenient installation. The PP (polypropylene) support skeleton can give the sealing strip stability to prevent deformation after long-term use.

Some Q series foam weatherstrip have an adhesive layer, which is easy to construct and can be pasted on the notches of doors and windows. It is suitable for structures that cannot be inserted into the skeleton.
